A new Voice Mode, powered by Orion Lite
The new Voice Mode is powered by Orion Lite, bringing spoken conversations into the Orion experience. New voices make those conversations more personal, giving you more ways to find a voice that feels right for you.
An improved design
V4 introduces an improved design across the app, refining the experience of talking, writing, and working with Orion. It builds on the interface introduced in Orion V3 with a fresh look for everyday conversations.
Tool use and a local agentic harness
Added tool use gives Orion more ways to act on your requests. A new local agentic harness brings model responses and tool execution together on your device, helping Orion Agent work through requests that involve more than a text answer.
XUltra reasoning for Orion Agent
Orion Agent now includes the new XUltra reasoning mode, adding another option for requests that need more thought. Choose XUltra when you want Orion Agent to take a more deliberate approach to a complex question or task.
Intelligent Notes on more devices
Orion Lite now supports Intelligent Notes. AI-powered note creation is available even on devices that cannot run the full model, bringing one of Orion’s creative tools to more people.
